Whether you are relocating to Sydney, have just finished a new build,  or acquired a new holiday home, Hayward & Co offers a comprehensive design, procurement, and styling service.

From initial consultation to final installation, we manage each phase of the process. This can encompass space planning, furniture selection, painting, artwork installation, electrical set up, removal of existing furniture, coordination of trades, cleaning, rubbish removal, down to the curation of cutlery and crockery.  We even make your beds with fresh linen to welcome you home!

Hayward & Co extends its turn-key project expertise to locations across Sydney, as well as the North and South Coasts of NSW.

 


Pricing

Initial Onsite Consult - $330 (inc GST)
(either on site or via Zoom if access not available)

Project Hourly Rate - $275 (inc GST)
A project estimate will be provided following the initial consultation.

**$75 travel fee applies to any onsite consultations outside the 15km radius of Chatswood CBD. Travel further than 40km of Chatswood will be POA.  


What we offer

  • Our team will develop a personalised design concept that includes furniture layout, colour schemes, furniture selection, and decorative elements to bring your vision to life.

  • From coordination of contractors to scheduling deliveries and installations, we oversee every aspect of the project.

  • Working with our wide range of trades and suppliers we will handle all aspects of sourcing and purchasing of your items.

  • Our experienced team will be onsite to install and execute the overall design plan. From arranging furniture, hanging artwork, installing light fittings, making beds and placing those final decorative accents to allow you to move straight back in!

How it works

  • We will meet to discuss the scope of your project in its entirety – from furniture needs down to crockery selections.

  • Following the consultation, you will be provided an estimate of fees based on our discussions.

  • We work closely with you to deliver your personalised design concept for your space. This will include furniture, decor, artwork, paint colours, window treatments and décor selections.

  • Once we have agreed on your concept board, we will work together to select the specific furniture and decor for your space.

  • We handle all the project management of your product ordering, trade coordination, delivery and installation.

  • The final step is for us to oversee the installation and execution of the design vision – adding those final touches to make your house a home!
